SHIPPING & RETURN

We provide a 120 days quality guarantee window for all orders with some breakage.

If there is a quality problem, please contact us within the warranty time and we will provide a replacement service. Please note color difference caused by monitors, or nuances of photo-retouching is not a quality issue.

If you return the pieces because of personal reasons, such as the style you don't like, the size not fitting you, please contact us within 15 days for a return or exchange. Please note that replacement products will not be accepted for return.

Please check your pieces and try on promptly after receiving the package, and feel free to communicate with us if you have any questions!

Engraved, customized pieces and gift wrapping are final sale.

All returns and exchanges must be processed by us before sending merchandise back. Please note that we do not cover shipping cost for return/exchange. You are responsible for your own return process and fees might incur during the process. Once we have received the returned item we will issue you a refund.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Selenichast jewelry.

2. What’s your delivery and shipping policy?
Allow 1-6 business days before your order is processed and shipped your orders. Customized items may take longer time about 15-21 business days to processing. TwistClois offers free shipping on all orders over USD$49.

3. How long will it take to receive my refund?
It can take up to 3–7 business days to process your refund once we’ve received the package. We will send you an email confirmation once it’s complete. Please allow 5–10 business days for refund transactions to reflect on your bank statement after completion.

4. My tracking number says delivered, but I can’t find my package!
We are sorry to hear it! We suggest to following :

Check with your neighbors and look around the vicinity of your residence. Sometimes shipping carriers leave packages in hidden locations to prevent theft.
Verify the shipping address on your order to make sure it’s accurate.
We kindly ask that you wait at least 3 business days to see if it turns up. Shipping carriers often mark packages as delivered preemptively due to slip-ups in operations.

5. If you are a customer from Taiwan, Türkiye or South Korea?

1. I want change or cancel my order!
We are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your jewelry to you as soon as possible.

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address or need to cancel your order, please reach out immediately to [email protected]. We will try our best to accommodate your request but we cannot make any guarantees.

2. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You have the option to pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay.

3. Is my payment secure?
TwistClois uses Shopify Payments and PayPal for orders within the Worldwide which are both encrypted payment providers.

Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, Shopify works really hard to ensure our shopping cart software and ecommerce hosting is secure.

Shopify also includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

4. What should I do if my payment doesn’t work?
We’re sorry for the trouble! First, make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, drop us a message with [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help!

JEWELRY CARE & SIZING

1. How should I care for my jewelry?

Keep your jewelry away from perfumes, lotions, hairspray or cosmetics – particularly for pearls, as this may affect the color or luster. This is also especially important for our gold-plated pieces which are more prone to oxidation and tarnishing.

Store your jewelry in your original TwistClois box (and keep it in a cool, dry spot) to maintain luster and prolong life. If you need to clean your jewelry, only use a non-abrasive cotton or microfiber cloth.

2. What’s my ring size?

Determine your ring size with these three easy steps.

PRO TIPS

Measure your ring size at the end of the day, when your finger is the largest, for the most accurate measurement.
Measure your ring size several times.

STEP 1

Cut a strip of paper (the thinner, the better).

STEP 2

Wrap the paper around your finger as tightly as possible and mark the point where the paper overlaps.

STEP 3

Measure the length of the paper strip in millimeters (mm) from tip to pen mark. Enter the exact number in our ring size calculator (do not round the number).

1. Do you offer gift cards?

2. How do I use my gift card or discount code?
If you're having trouble finding the place to enter your discount code, don't worry, you're not the only one! Follow the pictures below to see where to input your discount code. This is for both Gift Cards and discount code, if you have both - you will need to enter & apply one at a time.
3. What if I forgot to put in my discount code and already made my purchase?
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discount codes to past orders and orders that have already been placed.

4. Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?
Unfortunately you may only use one discount code per order. Feel free to save any extra codes you have to use at a later time!

You may however, enter both a gift card AND a discount code on one order.
